This Privacy Policy explains how the developer of Just Right: Ruler Challenge, also referred to as Just Right ("we," "us," or "our"), handles information when you use the mobile game (the "Game").

1. What the Game stores on your device

Just Right can be played without an account. The Game stores the following information locally on your device:

  • level progress, stars, coins, streaks, and achievements;
  • unlocked and selected cosmetic ruler finishes;
  • sound, vibration, and reduced-effects settings; and
  • the broad age group you select (under 18 or 18 and over).

We do not ask for your name, date of birth, postal address, contacts, camera, microphone, or precise location. We do not operate gameplay accounts, chat, or a developer-run gameplay analytics service.

2. Advertising for adult players

The Game does not initialize or request advertising for players who select that they are under 18, or before an age group is selected.

For players who select that they are 18 or over, Google AdMob may provide occasional interstitial ads after completed levels and optional rewarded videos. Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) checks whether a privacy message is required in your region and records applicable choices before ads can be requested.

The Game requests non-personalized advertising and restricted data processing, sets the maximum ad content rating to G, does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission, and removes the Android advertising ID permission. Non-personalized advertising can still involve data processing.

When advertising is active, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as:

  • IP address, which may indicate approximate location;
  • device and app identifiers;
  • ad views, clicks, and other ad interactions;
  • device, diagnostic, and performance information; and
  • information used for ad delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention.

3. Your advertising privacy choices

Adult players can reopen applicable advertising choices from Settings → Ad privacy choices. After choices change, ads already loaded for the current session are discarded. The Game checks the choices again on the next launch.

If advertising consent, ad availability, or internet access is unavailable, the Game remains playable. Rewarded videos are optional. A local coin reward is granted only after the advertising service reports that the video was completed.

4. Support messages

If you email bubiziyorar@gmail.com, we use your email address and the contents of your message only to respond and handle the support request. The Game never sends email automatically. We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request and meet applicable legal obligations.

5. Data retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until it is reset or the Game is uninstalled. Settings → Reset progress removes progress, stars, coins, and cosmetics after confirmation, while retaining settings and the selected age group. Uninstalling the Game removes its local storage, subject to operating-system backup or transfer behavior. Android backup is disabled for the Game.

Resetting or uninstalling the Game does not delete information processed independently by Google. Use Google's privacy controls for Google-held data. You may also contact us for help with a privacy request, deletion of support correspondence, or correction of an age-group selection.

6. Children's privacy

The Game is designed for a general audience. Advertising is disabled by the Game for anyone who selects that they are under 18. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information directly to us. If you believe a child has sent personal information to our support address, contact us and we will review and delete it where appropriate.

7. Security and international processing

Local progress stays in the Game's private storage on your device. Information processed by Google is encrypted in transit according to Google's SDK documentation and may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Google's safeguards, retention periods, and deletion practices apply to its services.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. For Google-held advertising data, use Google's privacy controls or contact Google.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game or legal requirements change. The revised policy will show a new effective date and will be made available through the Game's store listing or public support page.
