About this policy This policy describes information handled by Foldloom, a mobile puzzle game published under the Yoatech brand. Contact us at bubiziyorar@gmail.com about privacy questions.
Intended audience Foldloom is intended for teenagers aged 13 and older and adults. It is not directed to children under 13. We do not collect a date of birth. Since some teenagers are below the local age of consent, we apply restrictive under-age advertising treatment to all users, disable personalized advertising, and request ads suitable for a general audience.
Game progress and accounts Foldloom does not require an account. Level progress, moves, coins, mastery badges, language and game preferences are saved locally on your device. We do not operate a server that receives your saved puzzle progress. Device or operating-system backups may be governed by your Android and Google account settings.
Advertising Foldloom uses Google AdMob to display optional rewarded ads and occasional ads between levels. Puzzles remain playable without an internet connection; ads need connectivity. An optional rewarded ad grants the in-game reward when the advertising SDK confirms that its reward requirement was completed.
Google's advertising SDK may collect and share IP addresses (which can be used to estimate approximate location), technical device identifiers, interactions with advertisements, and diagnostic information such as crashes or performance data. Google uses this information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. The app removes the Android advertising-ID permission and requests non-personalized ads with restrictive age treatment. This does not mean that the advertising service processes no data. We do not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone or precise location for gameplay.
See Google's Privacy Policy and Google's advertising information for details about Google's processing and retention. We cannot directly delete data held independently by Google through the app.
Your choices The app uses Google's User Messaging Platform to check whether ads may be requested, with the under-age-of-consent flag enabled. A consent form may not be presented under this treatment. If privacy options are required in your region, the Ad privacy choices entry in Settings lets you reopen the form. You can also use your Android advertising privacy controls. Your access to puzzles and local progress does not depend on watching ads.
Retention and deletion Local progress is retained while the app's data remains on your device. You can erase it through Android Settings by clearing the app's storage. Uninstalling normally removes local app data; backups and restoration depend on your device settings. Advertising data retention is governed by the advertising provider. There is no Foldloom online account to delete.
Support If you contact us by email, we receive the address and information you choose to send. We use these to answer and resolve your request, retaining correspondence only as needed for support and applicable obligations. Do not send passwords or other information that is not necessary for your request.
Changes and contact We may update this policy when the game or its services change. The date above identifies the current policy. For questions, requests or concerns, contact bubiziyorar@gmail.com or visit yoatech.com.
Online services and usage measurement Optional Google Play Games sign-in synchronizes earned achievements with your Google account. Puzzles and local saves do not require sign-in. The app does not send your email, sign-in token or Google account ID to Analytics and does not upload your complete save or move history to our own server.
Firebase Analytics is a separate choice, off by default. With permission, we may measure screen transitions, level starts/results, sign-in outcomes, newly earned achievements and rewarded-ad stages. Firebase may process app-instance identifiers and technical usage information through its SDK; we do not claim that all processing is anonymous. The Firebase–AdMob link may share Firebase/Analytics user metrics collected with permission with AdMob for advertising measurement and revenue analysis. Advertising-ID access, Analytics ad storage and advertising personalization consent remain disabled; the link does not enable these permissions by itself.
You can disable usage measurement in Settings > Online services. Events from before permission are not retained for later submission. Disabling stops new collection and resets local Analytics data; it does not delete data previously sent to Google. Contact bubiziyorar@gmail.com regarding retention and deletion requests. This choice is separate from UMP ad preferences.
