Who we are
COILGUN: Scrap Survivor (also displayed as COILGUN) is provided by Yoatek ("we", "us", or "our"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the Android game, including its current closed-test release.
Privacy contact: bubiziyorar@gmail.com.
Game data stored on your device
The game saves progress and preferences locally so you can continue playing. This includes unlocked and completed levels, saved game state, node selections and upgrades, scores, and sound preferences. We do not operate a server that receives these game saves.
The current game does not require an account and does not offer account registration, in-game chat, or developer-operated cloud saves. It does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or precise device location.
Advertising and Google services
The game integrates Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Rewarded ads are optional and can provide a node-choice refresh or a revive. The current closed-test build uses Google's test ad units.
In closed-test version 0.2.3/code 5, the advertising SDK initializes and requests an ad when the game starts, so processing may begin before you choose to watch a rewarded ad. In service-test version 0.2.4/code 7, Privacy & Services asks for an age group before ad requests. Google's User Messaging Platform refreshes advertising privacy choices, and the advertising SDK starts only when requests are permitted. Users under 18 receive child-directed and under-age request tags and a G content-rating limit. Test ads do not mean that the SDK processes no information.
Google documents automatic collection and sharing of these categories through its Mobile Ads SDK:
-
IP address, which can be used to estimate a general location.
-
App and advertising interactions, such as launches, taps, and video views.
-
Diagnostic and performance information about the app and SDK.
-
Device or account identifiers, including advertising and app set identifiers, where available and applicable.
Google describes advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention as purposes of this processing. Availability and use of particular identifiers depend on device settings and Google's applicable restrictions.
Optional Analytics and Play Games
In service-test version 0.2.4/code 7, Firebase Analytics may be enabled only for users who explicitly select 18+ and separately opt in through Privacy & Services. Events describe screens, level starts/resumes/results, sign-in, newly confirmed achievements and rewarded-ad stages. The game adds no names, account IDs, birthdays or authentication tokens to these events. Analytics starts off and remains off for users under 18. Advertising identifier collection is disabled; advertising storage, advertising user data and personalized-ad consent are denied for this separate analytics service. Firebase may process app-instance identifiers, interactions and device/application information as described in its data disclosures.
Turning analytics off stops collection and resets local analytics data; it does not delete events previously uploaded to Google. Age-group and analytics preferences remain on the device. The service-test version supports Google Play Games sign-in using an existing Google account and achievements. According to Google's disclosure, the Play Games SDK processes gamer identity (gamertag, player ID and avatar), service usage/analytics and diagnostic information; it provides gamer identity to the game on sign-in and stores service data such as achievements. Google processes this information under its own policy. The game does not add profile names or avatars to analytics events. The game creates no developer-operated user account, adds no Play Games profile information to analytics events and offers no developer-operated cloud-save service. Offline play and local saves remain available. These optional services are not enabled in the older closed-test version.

For details, see Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Google Mobile Ads SDK data disclosures (https://developers.google.com/admob/android/privacy/play-data-disclosure). Google's services may process information outside your country, as described in its privacy policy.
Information you send us
If you contact us, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include. We use that information to respond, investigate reported problems, and handle privacy requests. Please avoid sending passwords or unrelated sensitive information.
Sharing and security
Locally saved game progress is not uploaded to us or deliberately sent to an advertising service by the game. Google processes advertising-related information through its SDK as described above. Support messages are handled through the email service used for our contact address; relevant information may also be disclosed when required by law.
Local saves rely on your device's app-storage protections. Google states that information collected by its Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. No storage or transmission method can provide an absolute security guarantee.
Retention and deletion
Game saves remain on your device until they are overwritten or removed. You can remove local progress and preferences through Android Settings by opening the app's storage settings and clearing its data. Uninstalling normally removes local app data. These actions reset your local progress.
Your device or operating system may retain or restore backups according to your backup settings. Manage those copies through the relevant device or backup service. We do not hold a server copy of your game saves that we can delete remotely.
We retain support correspondence only as needed to address the request and meet applicable legal obligations. You may request its deletion using the contact address above. Google's retention and deletion practices for information processed through its services are explained in Google's Privacy Policy; clearing game storage does not itself delete information already processed by Google.
Your choices and requests
You can decline rewarded ads and continue playing. In the older closed-test version, this does not prevent advertising SDK initialization. The service-test version provides the separate analytics choice and an Ad Privacy Options button when Google requires it through Privacy & Services. Without an age choice or a valid advertising-consent request state, ad requests do not start. Android provides advertising and privacy controls, including options to reset or delete the advertising ID on supported devices; the available settings vary by Android version.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information. Contact us using the address above about information we hold. For information Google handles through its services, consult the privacy controls and request options in Google's Privacy Policy.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our data practices change and revise the date above. Any material changes requiring additional notice or consent will be handled as required by applicable law.
