Arroway Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains what data Arroway ("the App", "we") collects when you use the app, how it's used, and your rights. By installing or using the app, you agree to this policy.

Who We Are

Arroway is an independent mobile puzzle game. If you have questions, you can reach us at bubiziyorar@gmail.com.

Data We Collect

Arroway does not use an account system and does not collect information that directly identifies you (name, email, phone number, etc.).

The following data is stored locally on your device and is never sent to our servers:

Completed levels and your progress
Theme, sound/haptics, and ball speed settings
Which tutorial steps you've already seen

This data stays on your device only; uninstalling the app removes it as well.

Ads and Third-Party Data Collection

Arroway uses Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may collect the following information to serve, personalize, and measure ads:

Advertising ID and device identifiers
IP address and approximate location
Device/OS information
In-app interaction data (which ads were shown, clicked, etc.)

Collection and pr Watching an ad is either optional (rewarded ads) or part of the normal game flow (interstitials); there is currently no option to fully disable ads.

Arroway is not directed specifically at children and is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that a child has provided us with data, we will delete it within a reasonable time.

Data Security

Data stored locally on your device (progress, settings) is never transmitted off the device by us. Data collected through our third-party ad network (Google AdMob) is subject to Google's own security practices.

Where applicable under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkey's Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK), you have the right to:

Learn whether your data is being processed
Request information about data processed about you
Request correction or deletion of your data
Object to the processing of your data

To exercise rights related to data collected by Google AdMob, you can use Google's own controls (e.g. Ad Settings: https://adssettings.google.com) or your device's advertising ID reset options. For data we store directly (progress/settings), simply uninstalling the app is sufficient.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date when we make material changes.
