Game saves and support

The game does not require an account. Level progress, moves, remaining lives, language and sound preferences are stored in the app's storage on your device. We do not send these saves to a game server. Your operating system may include app data in its backup service, depending on your settings.

Puzzles can be played offline. The app does not request access to contacts, photos, the camera, microphone or precise location. If you email support, we process your email address and the information you send to respond to your request. Please avoid including unnecessary personal or sensitive information.

Advertising and Google AdMob

The app uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). Optional rewarded ads may provide an extra hint or one extra life. Interstitial ads may appear at natural transitions after completed levels. Ads require an internet connection.

Google's SDK may process IP addresses, device and app information, advertising or device identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostics to serve ads, measure advertising performance, diagnose problems and prevent abuse. Approximate location may be inferred from an IP address. The data processed depends on the platform, SDK behavior, permissions and advertising settings. The app has no separate analytics or account service; the advertising provider's measurement is included in this description.

Children and families

The game's audience includes children. We do not collect age or date of birth. Because we do not distinguish users by age, all advertising requests are marked as child-directed and limited to a maximum ad content rating of G. Personalized advertising and remarketing are disabled. Parents or guardians can contact our support address with privacy requests.

Advertising choices

Where required, privacy choices are provided through Google's User Messaging Platform. An Ad privacy options button appears in game settings when required. You can manage preferences there and through your operating system's advertising and privacy settings. The current version uses restricted advertising settings and does not request tracking permission on iOS.

Retention, deletion and your rights

You can delete local saves by clearing the app's data on Android or uninstalling the app. On iOS, deleting an app differs from offloading it: offloading may retain local data. System backups must be managed separately. Advertising provider data is subject to that provider's retention and deletion policies; we do not set a fixed retention period for it.

Appropriate identity verification and legal retention requirements may apply.

Security and updates

The app does not request unnecessary device permissions. Third-party advertising services may process data on servers outside your country. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. If our use of data changes, we will update this policy and its revision date.
